I am planning to submit a proposal which returns these funds to @fedevido. This proposal will use code as written in PR #193. The proposal has been reviewed and signed off by OZ as seen here. We will recover the WBTC sent to the comptroller and send 90% back to 0x6918fe32bb0ccfba961c554699c1b506ed0bd458 which sent the WBTC in tx 0x5a4e6a6f29894914be5250d793fa2bb6d98a01d13528ea0d1f39afa731934629.
