Formalizing the Comp Staker Process

We will continue to update this comment with new proposals for Comp Staker as a place to find all of the current discussions for such a product. In the future as discussions mature, we will structure a RFP that will outline specific information needed from teams to apply and properly compare & contrast the different potential offerings.
