Hello @cylon, Thanks for the suggestions, and you raise some great points.
We have spun up a forum post here to formally authorize the CGWG to help facilitate and hosts RFPs for the community.
We see hosting RFPs as a way to steward governance discussions for the DAO and make things easily presentable to delegates. This should hopefully be a good starting point to get these RFPs standardized, and we also make sure to state that if teams like the foundation want to host RFPs in the future, we will happily work with them; by no means is this a sole power for the CGWG.
