“This specific project of Risk DAO will monitor accrued bad debt on any of the Compound v3 markets. The bad debt dashboard (https://bad-debt.riskdao.org/) is an open source initiative that is developed and maintained by the Risk DAO collaborative. It features the insolvency level of all major lending markets, and provides transparency for users who interact with those platforms. For example, some platforms, e.g., Venus Finance or Inverse Finance, have huge bad debt, but they never display it on their website.”
Requested grant amount - $4,000 across one milestone
“This proposal is a continuation of our work delivered as milestones in CGP 2.0 and is also described on a Compound forum post. This proposal aligns well with RFP B1 and B2 and the objective is to drive lending and borrowing on Compound. The github repo for the project is here. “
Requested grant amount - $18,000 split across four milestones
Milestone Funding Updates for Accepted Proposals from the Last Iteration
All proposers will now be able to edit and resubmit their updated proposals upon resubmission request from domain allocators, without the need to submit a completely new proposal under a different name. This enhancement is currently live on Questbook. We request all proposers and domain allocators to use this improvement going forward.
Proposals that have been approved but are inactive, with no updates on their progress towards the next milestone since the last iteration, will not be eligible for the next milestone review and payout one year after their proposal acceptance. This is to ensure that funds are not allocated for non active proposals. Proposers will receive a notification about this one month before the end of the one-year period. Additionally, if a proposer whose proposal was previously approved but became inactive (for one year after approval) wishes to reapply, they will still be considered ineligible for their proposal review.
We welcome the community members to share their feedback and comments below. We are actively working with partners, including Alphagrowth, to attract more high-quality proposals to submit their proposals. Lastly, we request the community members to direct projects that align with CGP’s domains and RFPs to submit their proposals here
This update primarily focuses on the proposals submitted and accepted in January, 2024 while also covering any funded milestones from the last iteration (if any). Details of all the submitted proposals can be viewed here.
