[AlphaGrowth] Arbitrum LTIPP Grant Multisig Distribution tracker

The Compound Growth program won a massive 1.8M ARB grant from the Arbitrum DAO a few months ago. As we have started distributing the grant, we want to keep the community updated on how and where the grant amount was spent.

To note, this is not a post to communicate how effective the grant distribution is, we will use a different post to convey that. This post simply aims at promoting transparency and accountability of using the funds.

The ARB grant token distribution starts from Safe transaction #4

On the latest, Cain has sent back the 97K ARB out of the 100K ARB we sent them. We are in process of sending the amount back to ARB grant. The campaign could only incentivise till September 2nd, any unused ARB after that date has to be sent back to the ARB DAO.
