Base Chain WETH Shortage Issue

Since last month, there has been a chronic shortage of ETH on basenet, causing the borrowing rate to be abnormally high for longer periods of time. It has been particularly bad over the past few days. I think that users, including myself, are in a lot of trouble, but I wonder if there is any way to increase the supply (such as a campaign?).
