Applicant summary–briefly explain why you’re interested in applying for this delegate race:

Serving in the first round of the Delegate Race allowed me to contribute constructively to the Governance Working Group’s DAO-approved goal of boosting the number of delegated COMP used for active voting on proposals. I achieved one of the highest delegate participation rates and ensured timely execution of several important risk-management and market update proposals that would not have met quorum without my participation. If I drop out of the cycle 2 race, I will still have a couple of large delegations allowing me to continue participating in governance meaningfully; however, I hope to retain the higher delegation level through the Delegate Race to help ensure COMP delegated through this process is put to maximally productive use.

I continue to believe in the good of this community stewarding the protocol and hope to continue contributing constructively to governance proposal outcomes that reflect the interests of lenders, borrowers, and the ecosystem of builders in, on, and around Compound. My track record in the first round of the Delegate Race shows that the delegated tokens were put to constructive use, and I commit to extending this track record alongside increased reporting of reasoning for my votes through the new delegate thread. For critical or sensitive votes, I have a track record of using the CastVoteWithReason() function call in the Governor contract to post my reasoning directly onchain; I will probably stick to the delegate thread for reporting on most decisions going forward.
