I would infer from Gauntlet’s most recent incentives recommendation that these proposed top-ups are no longer being pursued. Is that correct?

yes, Arbitrum and Base will be set 0 by the end of this week , assuming this proposal is passed. We expect to make changes to Unichain as well this week , so no net new recs would be pursued.

I just learned the results of the DAO vote. Do you know if there are plans to distribute COMP rewards, at least on the blockchain BASE & OP, next month?

to clarify → past incentives that were promised on each network will still be distributed. No net new incentives will be distributed to the users. Clarified our language in the post above as well to be clear
