Introduction
The Compound Growth Program recently completed the first phase (Q1) of its operation since the approval of the Long term Compound Growth Program by the DAO. This period was quite eventful with the addition of new markets & collaterals, the deployment of $2M of incentives, new partnerships and Compound reaching new TVL highs on L2s.
This Quarterly report highlights the key achievements of the Compound Growth Program in the first quarter of its operations.
We are also publishing 7 articles outlining the initiatives that led to the successful quarter along with their associated challenges & learnings.
Expanding Compound’s Utility
The growth team has led the addition of 7 new markets on Compound on various Chains, additionally within these markets and independently we have added more than 30 collaterals which were in demand on the Market. For example, we added weETH collateral on ETH market on Arbitrum and it has hit its supply cap every time the cap is raised.

Increasing User Growth
Addresses interacting with Compound since it’s inception increased by 52% in just the last 3 months since the growth team started our initiatives.
Increasing TVL
Compound V3’s Protocol TVL stayed above the $900M mark since the beginning of December. While increasing in mid February following a positive market outlook, the TVL witnessed a sharp decline toward the end of July due to Governace proposal 289.
Arbtirum’s share of Compound’s total TVL has consistently risen and now Arbitrum has the second largest TVL of any Chain hosting Compound.
