The Compound Analytics Dashboard is now live (both milestones from the grant covered):
The dashboard was built based on the grant proposal for development of Compound v3 analytics tool, which was accepted as part of “Compound dapps and protocol ideas (CGP 2.0)”.

What exactly do you have in mind by open-source?
That the community can get some knowledge about how to query and analyze the compound data. I suppose it would be a great educational resource for the community.
That is the plan, we just need to apply some changes before this is done basically.
